Questions about official Shenandoah County criminal records belong with the office that created or keeps the record. The contacts below route court files to the correct Woodstock clerk, sheriff reports to the Sheriff's Office, bookings to RSW Regional Jail, and statewide history requests to Virginia State Police. This private site cannot retrieve or change government records.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately operated reference site cannot retrieve a criminal record, perform an official check, correct or remove a record, or receive an expungement or sealing petition. The responsible public office must handle each task.

The Sheriff's Office is a constitutional officer and custodian of its own records. General Shenandoah County FOIA staff cannot substitute for a request sent to the Sheriff, Commonwealth's Attorney, or Circuit Clerk. Ask the Sheriff's Office for Records or FOIA; no sheriff-specific web form or fixed public report fee was found. Court files should go through the relevant clerk rather than the county's general request form.
